As CHP's Founder and Managing Partner, Charlie has over 35 years of Executive Level Leadership Experience in Sales and Marketing with Global Technology, Software and Services firms.  He has successfully established, built, led and scaled GTM Sales and Marketing teams - navigating complex global landscapes, leading Enterprise-level and Product specific sales, marketing and customer success teams - for both Global 1,000 and SMB businesses, across a variety of different industries.  He has a proven track record of transforming businesses into REVENUE POWERHOUSES by crafting and executing high-impact strategies that fuel business growth at scale, including three successful exits with/thru Private Equity.
